Heritage Breed Pork

We purchase the Berkshire/Duroc cross hogs from our supplier when they are around 7 weeks old. We purchase at least twice per year. We have found this cross to be very flavorful. We feed, care for, and raise the pigs until around 6 months of age then schedule processing. We can usually acquire hogs throughout the year any time. Contact us for more information.
